Cooking for Peanuts: Honey Roasted Peanuts

For this week’s Cooking for Peanuts, we have teamed up with @rowsehoneyuk to create a festive-inspired treat that will be gone in minutes. Our honey-roasted peanuts are perfect for sharing and easy to make, with a deep toffee flavour from Rowse’s Dark & Rich Honey!

You will need:

50g butter 

2 tbsp Rowse Dark & Rich Honey

A pinch of salt

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

500g Real Handful Sea Salted Peanuts


  • Pre-heat oven to 180º.
  • Over medium heat melt together butter, honey, cinnamon, salt and vanilla extract. Once has melted and is starting to bubble add in your peanuts. Stir until all peanuts are coated.
  • Line a baking dish with baking paper then pour in the peanuts.
  • Place into the over for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to stop burning.
  • Once peanuts are coated stir and let them cool for 3 minutes.
  • Transfer to a bowl and toss the roasted peanuts in a sprinkle of sugar and salt.
  • Now enjoy!🍯
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
