For this week’s Cooking for Peanuts, we have teamed up with @rowsehoneyuk to create a festive-inspired treat that will be gone in minutes. Our honey-roasted peanuts are perfect for sharing and easy to make, with a deep toffee flavour from Rowse’s Dark & Rich Honey!
You will need:
50g butter
2 tbsp Rowse Dark & Rich Honey
A pinch of salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
500g Real Handful Sea Salted Peanuts
Recipe:

Pre-heat oven to 180º.

Over medium heat melt together butter, honey, cinnamon, salt and vanilla extract. Once has melted and is starting to bubble add in your peanuts. Stir until all peanuts are coated.

Line a baking dish with baking paper then pour in the peanuts.
- Place into the over for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to stop burning.

Once peanuts are coated stir and let them cool for 3 minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl and toss the roasted peanuts in a sprinkle of sugar and salt.
