Shipping & Returns
By default we dispatch all UK orders within 24 hours of receipt and via Royal Mail Second Class Delivery. They should reach you within 48 hours from that point. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday may not be dispatched until Monday (although we often pop to the post office on a Saturday morning before Milo's football training). We may upgrade your delivery to a tracked courier service at our discretion.
Delivery is FREE for orders over £20.
International Orders (non UK)
We offer International delivery to the following countries.
Zone 1 - Austria, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg & The Netherlands
Zone 2 - Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia & Spain
Zone 3 - Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France (Corsica), Poland, Portugal & Sweden
Zone 4 - Balearics, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy (Sardinia/Sicily), Romania
Zone 5 - Estonia, Latvia, Gibralter, Lithuania
International orders for Europe are typically on a 3-5 day delivery service but please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Shipping rates vary per zone and are applied at Checkout.
During COVID-19 both Royal Mail and other delivery services we use are experiencing unpredictable delays due to staff shortages, so your parcel could take a little longer to arrive. To avoid sending duplicates we will wait at least 10 working days in the UK and 20 working days in Europe before a parcel can be deemed lost or delayed.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for any exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are sending items over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate and make it right.
Certain items cannot be returned, specifically goods sold on promotion that have shorter shelf life than normal.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and processed any applicable refund. By default you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
