Alike to many others, this month we are taking part in Veganuary. We will be using our platform to showcase a range of vegan recipes that will highlight all our vegan peanut snacks (the whole range but 1!).
We have decided to create one breakfast, one lunch and one dinner recipe to show you how easy Veganuary can really be.
We are brining you PBJ baked oats for breakfast, a peanut noodle salad for lunch and a peanut butter curry for dinner.
Nuts are an essential for a vegan diet. They naturally provide fibre and protein without being artificial like a lot of vegan protein sources.
Veganuary is a great time to try new food and get involved with something you wouldn’t normally try.
