1 x your favourite flavour of Real Handful
1 x apple
1 x handful of your favourite fresh or frozen berries
80ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 x Tupperware
For a quick and easy breakfast on the go, try our vegan overnight oats bonanza. It’s very simple and only requires a few ingredients – the most important one being a little packet of Real Handful.
Grate your apple into the bottom of the Tupperware, the juices will soak into the oats, giving your breakfast a sweet appley kick.
Next add the oats, milk and berries. Top with Real Handful. Leave it in the fridge overnight to soak and you’re ready to go.
If you’re feeling really indulgent, we think this is nice if you add a little dollop of jam to it in the morning. Raspberry is our preference, but we ain’t fussy.
