For this weeks Cooking for Peanuts we have created an easy Peanut Pesto recipe! Most ingredients can be found in the cupboard at home so its great for a quick week night dinner!
3 Cups of fresh basil leaves
¾ Real Handful Sea Salted Peanuts
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Use a blender to blitz all ingredients.
- Blend until the mixture is a smooth creamy consistency.
- Keep in the fridge and use within 3 days.
