Peanut Pesto

For this weeks Cooking for Peanuts we have created an easy Peanut Pesto recipe! Most ingredients can be found in the cupboard at home so its great for a quick week night dinner!

Ingredients:

3 Cups of fresh basil leaves

¾ Real Handful Sea Salted Peanuts

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic

2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

 

Recipe:

  1. Use a blender to blitz all ingredients.
  2. Blend until the mixture is a smooth creamy consistency.
  3. Keep in the fridge and use within 3 days.
