Peanut Crunch Cookies

This week on Cooking for Peanuts we have been baking a delicious treat for all the peanut lovers. The mix of our Sea Salted Good Nuts and crunchy cornflakes make the perfect cookie texture. It's an easy recipe with ingredients you will already have at home. 


  • 227g butter 
  • 2 cup caster sugar 
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Sea Salted Good Nuts (crushed)
  • 2 cups oats 
  • 2 cups plain flour 
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda 
  • 2 cups cornflakes 


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Cream the sugar and butter to a smooth texture. 
  3. Add eggs, flour and remaining ingredients and mix well until everything is combined. 
  4. Add small balls of mixture to a baking tray and leave room for the cookies to spread.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Cool on a tray to allow the cookies to set.
