For this weeks Cooking for Peanuts we have created a Banana Bark that will satisfy your sweet cravings! Its a twist on the viral date bark that will still keep you coming back for more.
Our Sea Salted Good Nuts add naturally sourced plant protein and fibre to any recipe🤘
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 1/3 cup of peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 30g of Sea Salted Good Nuts (crushed)
Recipe:
- Line a tray with baking paper. Add sliced banana in rows to make a square or rectangular shape.
- Spread peanut butter on top of bananas.
- Next sprinkle on crushed Real Handful Sea Salted Peanuts
- Melt together coconut oil and chocolate chips using a microwave then cover the banana bark in the melted chocolate.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours then break the bark into bitesize pieces.
- Enjoy!
