Cooking for Peanuts: Breakfast Crumble

For this weeks Cooking for Peanut we have created a family favourite inspired breakfast to get you out of bed. Our Breakfast crumble is a healthy breakfast alternative that requires minimal effort. 

Our Real Handful Sea Salted Peanuts naturally add plant sourced protein and fibre to any dish🤘


  • 1 Apple (chopped)
  • A handful of blueberries
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 50g Real Handful Sea Salted Peanuts (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt (topping)


  1. Pre-heat oven to 180.
  2. Mix together oats, Real Handful Sea Salted Peanuts, peanut butter, and maple syrup then set aside.
  3. Add chopped apple and blueberries to a single serve oven proof dish.
  4. Now add crumble mixture on top and aim to cover all the fruit.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes in the oven or until golden brown.
  6. Finally, top with yoghurt and enjoy!
