Cooking for Peanuts 8: Peanut Bites

For this week’s Cooking for Peanuts, we tried the strawberry chocolate bite trend but with a twist.

We’ve created a delicious summer treat that we think should be the new snickers ice-cream!

Ingredients:

Greek yoghurt (240ml)

Peanut butter (3 tablespoons)

Honey (1 tablespoon)

Sea Salted Peanuts (50g crushed peanuts)

Dark chocolate (110g)

 

Method:

1.Mix together the yoghurt, peanut butter, honey and crushed peanuts in a bowl.

2.On a tray with baking paper scoop equal dollops of the yoghurt mixture.

3.Freeze for 1- 1/12 hours.

4.Melt the chocolate and dip yoghurt bites into the chocolate until fully covered (add peanuts to the top for an extra garnish).

5.Pop back in the freezer for 1 hour.

6.Before eating let defrost for 10 minutes.
