For those mornings when you need a little extra buzz, try our Espress So & So smoothie for a punchy hit of fibre and deliciousness all rolled into one.
1 bag of Espress So & So
1/2 a glass of almond or oat milk
1 tablespoon of nut butter (we recommend a crunchy almond)
1 juicy ripe banana
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 handful of oats
4 ice cubes
1 edible or paper straw (optional)
Chuck everything into the blender, whizz until it is smooth and creamy. Add your jazzy straw and enjoy!
