Very Berry Porridge with Real Handful Goji Berry Mix

To celebrate our Better Breakfast month, this week we are hearing from Micah from @nutritionxkitchen – here’s her recipe for very berry porridge!

Serves 2

Ingredients:

Rude Health Organic Porridge Oats

innocent Hazelnut Milk

½ c. Frozen Berry Mix

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

½ tsp Cinnamon

1 Tbsp Almond Butter

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

Fresh berries (Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries & Strawberries)

1 Packet Real Handful Go Go Goji Berry Trail Mix

Method:

In a medium saucepan, combine oats and hazelnut milk. Bring to a boil, and let cook for 3-5 minutes. Add frozen berries, vanilla, cinnamon, almond butter & Chia seeds, stir and continue to cook until it reaches your desired consistency.

Transfer the oats into a bowl, and top with berries and Real Handful Trail Mix!
