Sweet and Sharp Blackcurrant and Sultana Cookies

These sweet and sharp cookies are perfect for elevenses or an after dinner treat. Sweetened with natural ingredients, they can also be wolfed down guilt free!

Ingredients (makes about 25):

270g of oats

3 Bags of Real Handful Blackcurrant Blast

3 tablespoons of honey

100g of sultanas

4 red apples (about 550g)

A sprinkling of cinnamon

Method:

Start by preheating the oven to 200C and greasing a baking tray.

Grate the four apples into a bowl.

Combine this apple mixture together with the rest of your ingredients.

Mix well.

Separate the mixture into small ball shapes and place them on the baking tray, until all the mixture has been used – this should make around 20-30 cookies.

Bake the cookies for 30 minutes, then let them cool on a rack before promptly scoffing the lot!
