We’ve loved our Better Breakfast month, it’s brought us all sorts of protein and fibre filled creations. In the final week of our series blogger Georgie Eats has made us peanut butter, banana and goji porridge.
45g (1/2 cup) Moma Oats
250ml (1 cup) Rebel Kitchen Mylk
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 pack Real Handful Go Go Goji Berry Trail Mix
Slice the banana into coin shapes.
Combine the oats and milk in a saucepan over a medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until the oats have almost reached your desired consistency.
Add half the banana into the pan and stir well. Cook for a further minute until the banana is soft.
Pour the porridge into a bowl and top with a swirl of peanut butter. Arrange the banana overtop then sprinkle over your Real Handful Goji berry mix. Enjoy!
