Cooking for Peanuts: Sea Salted Caramel Oats

For this weeks Cooking for Peanuts, we have teamed up with to bring you a breakfast bundle to warm you through the winter mornings! We have not only created a delicious recipe but we have one breakfast bundle for a lucky winner to receive. 

To make this recipe simply mix dry ingredients with 350 ml of water or milk of choice and pop in the microwave or heat on the stove:
✨ 60g oats
✨ 2 tbs chia seeds
✨ 10g ground flax seed
✨ protein powder of choice

Add to your coconut bowl and top with:
✨ fried banana

✨ sugar-free caramel sauce
✨ more peanut butter!
