This recipe is perfect for when you want to add a bit of bite to your peanut butter bagel.
Ingredients (makes 1):
1 Bagel
A large lump of peanut butter (we like to go for a crunchy variation best)
1 Banana
1 Real Handful Blackcurrant Blast
Method:
Toast your bagel
Slather it with peanut butter
Chop your banana and lay it evenly over your bagel
Sprinkle your Blackcurrant Blast on top
Take a huge bite and enjoy!
