These protein balls are so easy to make and are perfect for an on the go snack, plus by using our trail mix your snack will be sure to have an unruly minty flavour.
1 x Mint Choc Chipper Real Handful
100g Pitted dates, roughly six large dates
40g Smooth Peanut Butter, about 2 heaped tablespoons
8g Rolled Oats, about ½ tablespoon
7g Cacao powder, about 2 teaspoons
Place dates in a food processor and pulse them until they turn into a smooth paste.
Now, add the oats, peanut butter, cacao powder and your bag of Mint Choc Chipper Trail Mix. Pulse until all the ingredients are combined.
Next, take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. As simple as that, you’ve made your first ball.
Put the balls in the fridge for about an hour before munching. In case you don’t finish them all at once, store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
