We joined forces with the team at The Northern Dough Co to create these breakfasty brunchy brioche buns.
A perfect festive combo and a great one to do with the kids. Super simple we rolled and topped their brioche dough with toffee, spiced apple and some of our Craft Baked Sweet & Salty Peanuts, left to proof and popped in the oven for 18-20mins - full instructions below.
