Blackcurrant, Banana & Blueberry Blast Porridge

For the third week of our Better Breakfast series, Luce Hosier of whatluceeats has treated us to Blackcurrant, Banana & Blueberry Blast Porridge.

Makes 1 bowl
Takes approx. 8 minutes in total.

Ingredients (for the porridge mixture)
60g of Rude Health Naked Barley Porridge
125ml Innocent Oat Milk
1/2 mashed banana
1 Handful of mashed blueberries

Ingredients (for the toppings)
RealHandful Blackcurrant Blast
1/2 banana
1 Handful of blueberries

1. Turn your hob to a medium heat and in a pan add your oats, mashed blueberries, banana, and oat milk.
2. Combine thoroughly and stir every couple of minutes ensuring the oats don’t start to stick to the bottom of the pan.
3. After approx. 5 minutes empty your porridge into a bowl, top with your Real Handful Blackcurrant Blast, banana and blueberries.

To make these into overnight oats, simply combine all of the porridge ingredients into a Tupperware container or jar and put in fridge over night (no hob or cooking required). Add your toppings in the morning.
